Terms of Service & Risk Disclosure
Munja LST · Last updated: May 22, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to the Munja LST website, applications, and related interfaces. By connecting a wallet, signing the terms acceptance message, or using the interface, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
2. Interface Only
Munja LST provides a non-custodial interface for interacting with smart contracts and public blockchain networks. We do not custody your assets, execute transactions for you, control your wallet, reverse transactions, or guarantee that any transaction will succeed. You remain solely responsible for every action submitted from your wallet.
3. Experimental Protocol
The protocol, contracts, indexers, oracle feeds, user interface, and supporting infrastructure may be incomplete, unstable, or changed without notice. The interface may show delayed, incorrect, or unavailable data. You should not use Munja LST unless you understand and accept the risks of experimental software and public blockchain systems.
4. Wallet Signatures
The terms acceptance signature is used to verify wallet ownership and record that the connected wallet accepted these terms. It is not a blockchain transaction and does not by itself move funds. You must still review each wallet prompt carefully before signing messages or submitting transactions.
5. Liquid Staking and Vault Risks
Using Munja LST involves risk, including smart contract defects or vulnerabilities, validator downtime, misbehavior, or slashing, oracle and indexer delays or incorrect data, withdrawal delays due to unbonding periods or liquidity shortfalls, liquid staking token depegs, and failure of privileged roles, operators, RPC endpoints, or third-party services. You use the interface and any underlying contracts at your own risk.
6. No Advice or Guarantees
Nothing on the interface is financial, legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. APY, APR, reward, TVL, price, and redemption information is provided for convenience only and may be estimated or outdated. We do not guarantee returns, yields, exchange rates, token values, validator performance, redemption timing, or uninterrupted access.
7. Eligibility and Restricted Use
By using Munja LST, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, not located in or acting on behalf of a person from the United States, Canada, China, the United Kingdom, North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, Russia, or any other jurisdiction where use would be unlawful, not subject to applicable sanctions, and that you will not use the interface for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful activity.
8. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, devices, and seed phrases, reviewing all transactions and approvals before submitting, understanding the contracts and vault mechanics before interacting, and complying with laws, regulations, and tax obligations that apply to you.
9. Third Parties
Munja LST may depend on wallets, RPC providers, block explorers, validators, Mitosis protocol contracts, oracle feeds, hosting providers, and other third-party services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, data, availability, or security.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munja LST and its contributors are not liable for losses, damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, failed transactions, unavailable services, incorrect data, smart contract events, validator failures, slashing, market movements, token depegs, regulatory action, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the interface.
11. Changes
We may update these terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the interface at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
The interface is maintained by Múnja Dev. For security disclosures or legal matters, reach out through the official X account or GitHub repository.
