1. Experimental Software

Munja LST is in active development (Alpha). Features may be incomplete, unstable, or change without notice. You are using experimental software at your own risk.

2. Protocol Independence

This website is an interface to interact with autonomous smart contracts deployed on public blockchains. We do not control, operate, or custody the protocol or your assets. We are not a broker, exchange, or financial institution.

3. Liquid Staking Risks

You acknowledge and accept:

• Slashing Risk: Validator misbehavior may result in loss of staked assets
• Validator Risk: Third-party validators operate independently; we make no guarantees
• LST Price Risk: Liquid staking tokens may depeg from underlying asset value
• Unbonding Risk: Withdrawals are subject to network unbonding periods beyond our control
• Smart Contract Risk: Contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite audits

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any yield, APR, returns, LST exchange rates, or redemption timeframes. All projections are estimates only.

5. No Liability

We are not responsible for any financial losses arising from: smart contract exploits, slashing events, validator failures, market conditions, LST depegs, regulatory changes, or any other cause.

6. Eligibility

By proceeding, you represent that you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Are not a resident of, or accessing from: United States, Canada, China, United Kingdom, North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, Russia, or other restricted jurisdictions
• Are not subject to OFAC, UN, or EU sanctions
• Are solely responsible for tax obligations on staking rewards

• You are not relying on any promises from the team
• All actions after acceptance are at your sole discretion and liability
